Blackline Vehicle Movements keeps this simple. We do not run accounts on this site, and enquiry forms do not store your details here — when you complete a form, the information you typed is put into a message that you send to us yourself through WhatsApp or your phone dialler.
Enquiries and contact
Details you enter into a quote or recovery form (such as your name, phone number, vehicle details, postcode or location link) are used only to build your message. They are sent by you, at your choice, to Blackline via WhatsApp (07999 505 123) and are handled by us to answer your enquiry. If you email us at blacklinevm@gmail.com, we use your address to reply.
Cookies and measurement
With your consent, we use two Google services:
- Google Analytics — to measure which services people choose and which steps of an enquiry are completed, so we can improve the site.
- Google Ads — to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries (tag AW-18339537677).
These services use cookies and similar identifiers on your device. We never send your name, phone number, vehicle details, postcode or GPS location to analytics or ads — only anonymous, categorical usage events such as "emergency recovery form completed".
Your choice
Visitors in the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland are asked before any of these cookies are set, and both services stay switched off until you allow them. Elsewhere they run by default. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of any page — declining takes effect immediately.
